Our Commitment Every product is handcrafted with care and quality ingredients. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.
Returns Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at [your contact email] with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo of the item (if damaged or defective)
Exchanges Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
Pre-Order & Coming Soon Items Pre-order items may be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. Once shipped, standard return conditions apply.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used body care products (soaps, body butters, oils, scrubs, mists)
- Opened or used candles
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
Refunds Once your return or exchange is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
