Subscription Cancellations You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal or by contacting us directly. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal date.
How to Cancel
- Log in to your account at thesoulfulartizan.shop
- Navigate to Manage Subscriptions
- Select the subscription you wish to cancel and follow the prompts
Alternatively, email us at [your contact email] with your order number and cancellation request and we will process it within 1 business day.
Pre-Paid Subscriptions If you have purchased a pre-paid subscription plan, cancellations will take effect at the end of your current pre-paid period. Refunds are not issued for unused portions of pre-paid subscriptions unless the cancellation is due to a product defect or error on our part.
Skipping & Pausing Before cancelling, consider skipping or pausing your subscription. You can skip an upcoming order or pause your subscription for up to 90 days through your account portal at any time.
Refunds on Cancelled Subscriptions If a subscription order has already been processed and shipped before a cancellation request is received, that order is not eligible for cancellation or refund. Please refer to our Return Policy for options on received orders.
Changes to This Policy We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Subscribers will be notified of material changes via email.
