Shipping Policy The Soulful Artizan HandCrafted Creations (HCC)

Processing Time All products are handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and packaged before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer Standard and Express shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated based on your location and selected method.

  • Standard shipping: typically 5–8 business days after processing
  • Express shipping: typically 2–3 business days after processing

Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions at checkout.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations via USPS and DHL Express. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
  • Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only — delays due to customs are outside our control.

Pre-Order & Coming Soon Items Some products are available for pre-order. These items will ship once they are ready. Estimated ship dates are noted on the product page. Pre-order items in the same order as in-stock items may be shipped separately.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after your shipment notification.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@thesoulfulartizan.shop so we can make it right.
